  • Park Station is a carry-in carry-out park. 
  • The Park is open 10 a.m. until dusk. 
  • The Park speed limit is 10 mph. 
  • Alcohol by permit only. 
  • Accidents - please report any accidents to the Campground Office.

*Wear an approved helmet for protection. In New York State it is the law for bicyclists 14 years of age and younger. 

Hiking Trails - pack a picnic and hike one of the many miles of nature trails within the Park. A self-guided trail brochure highlight-ing local flora and fauna habitats is available in the Campground Office. 

Winter Activities - 10.0 km. of wooded and open trails are available to any level of cross country skier. When weather conditions are favorable, ice skating 

Reservations can be made beginning the first business day in January for the upcoming season.
Park Pavilions, the Youth Camp and the Outing Center can be reserved Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day and weekends only (Saturday & Sunday) through September.
Payment is due at the time of your reservation, or in the case of reservation requests, within 7 days of your reservation approval. Refunds are given to cancellations that are made at least 30 days prior to your event.

Swimming Information
Swimming is permitted in designated areas only and only when lifeguards are on duty. 

*Swimming is open the third Saturday in June through Labor Day 12 - 6 p.m. weather permitting. 
  • Floatation devices are not allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS 
  • Children less than 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 
  • Children under the age of 10 must have an adult in the water with them at all times. 
  •  No prolonged breath holding or breath holding games. 
  • Water Safety - in the event of thunder or lightning the waterfront will be closed. It will remain closed until 30 minutes from the last thunder or lightning observation. There are no refunds due to weather. 
  • Every effort is made to provide safe swimming opportunities by testing the water and by keeping the swimming area staffed with lifeguards. Please be aware that if the safety of our swimmers is compromised, due to lack of lifeguard coverage or water quality issues, swimming will be prohibited and therefore cannot be a guaranteed activity. We apologize for this inconvenience as it may occur with little or no advance notice.
