Facility Reservations Information
Reservations can be made beginning the first business day in January for the upcoming season.
Park Pavilions, the Youth Camp, and Outing Center can be reserved Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day and weekends only (Saturday & Sunday) through September.  

Payment is due at the time of your reservation, or in the case of reservation requests, within 7 days of your reservation approval. Refunds are given to cancellations that are made at least 30 days prior to your event.

Fee Schedule

Reservations can be made Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day and weekends only (Saturday & Sunday) through September

 If you have a caterer or any alcohol / inflatable at your function, a Comprehensive General Liability policy of no less than $1,000,000 of coverage per person / occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, and at least $100,000 to cover against property damage, naming the County of Chemung as an "Additional Insured" is required. This policy and permit are to be approved by the County Attorney prior to the issuance of permit. If alcohol is being provided the Comprehensive General Liability policy must also include Host Liquor Liability Coverage. This policy and permit are to be approved by the County Attorney prior to the issuance of permit. If alcohol is being provided by a caterer an off premises permit issued by the NYS Liquor Authority must be provided in addition to the above requirements.
