The Outing Center rental is from 10am - 9pm. Park staff will unlock the facility by 10am the day of your event.  The premises must be cleaned and vacated by 9pm when staff will return to lock it for the night.

Rental Rate:
County Resident - $250.00
Non-County Resident - $275.00
Refunds are given to cancellations that are made at least 30 days prior to the event.

Alcohol, Catering, Inflatables and Tents are allowed only at our rental facilities with prior authorization through the Chemung County Attorney.  In order to receive authorization you must provide the Chemung County Buildings and Grounds Department with a Comprehensive General Liability policy of no less than $1,000,000 of coverage per person/occurance and Aggregate of at least $2,000,000", and at least $250,000 for "Damage to Rented Premises".  This policy must also include Host Liquor Liability Coverage if you are having alcohol.  "The County of Chemung" must be listed as  "Additional Insured".  This policy must be submitted to the Chemung County Buildings and Grounds Department at least 30 days prior to your event.

The Outing Center is located near the 3-Hole Golf Course and ball field.  The Outing Center has 20 picnic tables which accomodates 120 people comfortably under a large picnic pavilion with additional seating for 36 people located in a small building or card room.  It has a full kitchen which includes an ice machine, a commercial refrigerator and a 10 burner 2 oven stove.  It also has barbeque grills, clam hut, volleyball, horseshoes and restrooms.
